The power of imagination
week 05 was very intense because as a team our priority was to have a first iteration of all the elements that are part of our project. Although during the previous week we received very interesting feedback from the mentors making us have very clear priorities based on those comments, our goal was to execute those adjustments and also to achieve to compose all the elements of each of the shots.

From my composition department, it was a week where I had the opportunity to be in contact with each of the other departments. It was interesting to make the list of AOVs that I need to have full control of each of the renders.
This is the list that I passed to the LookDev and Lighting department led by Eaza. With them I am able to recreate exactly the same result that the beauty pass achieves, but with the great advantage of having each of the elements separately. For example, I was surprised by the control generated by having the Coat pass since, as we will see later, this pass was fundamental in the shot 040 to be able to create the resizing effect. Another pass that surprised me a lot was Crytomatte. This pass is fundamental at the moment of creating specific masks since it stores the information of each one of the Id of the object being able to create masks from: Assets, Material or Object.
